LYRICS:

Even now, I'm staring at a screen I'm blanking on a row. When I'm writing, all I can think of is the glow. Nothing's wrong with spending all your time and money on a joke when you need it way more than anyone you know. I see the value in the opposite. You're right. There has to be things that are hiding in the light: a record of everything you've ever looked at out of sight. They'll sell you out for your price.

In the back of my mind is the Glow. I close my eyes to only light. Might fall. I'm not afraid if it's so. It's good to return to the night. At least I'll be back to what I know. Back again to my life.

Look through me. I'm nothing more than a collection of your glass. I only take a little extra force to crack. We'll never move on if the best that we can do is in our past. We have to grow enough to make a change that lasts. I see no value in the things they say they meant. When we all know everyone we vote for is bent. It's just that I don't see a true savior in every soldier sent. I see it as just another resource that is spent.

Everywhere in my mind is the glow. I close my eyes to only light. Falling, I'm not afraid to let go. It's good to return to the night. Now I feel like I'm back in my home. Back again to my life.

I see the glow. We're never going back again.
I am like glass. We're never going back again.
I see the glow. Computer screens and magazines.
I am like glass. Lists of me and hopes and dreams.
